Welcome to Simply ("Simply," "we," "us," or "our"). Simply provides personalized music streaming and sharing services with interactive social features. By signing up for or using the Simply Service (including our website, applications, and related software), you agree to these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Simply. Users between 13 and 18 may only use the Service with parental consent. Simply does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.
Simply includes a creator progression system with user tiers: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Elite. These tiers are assigned automatically based on your activity and engagement.
Tiers do not guarantee monetization and may change based on system updates or misuse. Requirements and benefits may evolve over time.
Users retain ownership of the music, images, or other content they upload ("User Content"). By uploading or sharing content through Simply, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, and display that content for purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
All content and materials provided by Simply, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, and features (collectively, "Simply Content"), are owned by or licensed to Simply and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or use of Simply Content without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.

Simply currently offers a free tier with daily upload limits. Paid tiers may be introduced in the future with additional features. All payment terms will be provided prior to any purchase.
Simply may show ads unless you subscribe to an ad-free plan (if available).
Simply is provided “as is.” We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, unauthorized account access, or indirect damages.
We may modify features or Terms at any time. Continued use confirms acceptance.
