User Tiers & Creator Progression

Simply includes a creator progression system with user tiers: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Elite. These tiers are assigned automatically based on your activity and engagement.

Tier Overview

  • Common: Basic profile tier for all new users.
  • Rare: Unlocks profile pinning & analytics.
  • Epic: Adds scheduled releases & profile announcements.
  • Legendary: Eligibility for “Rising Artists” & special icons.
  • Elite: Early feature access & top-tier profile visuals.

Tiers do not guarantee monetization and may change based on system updates or misuse. Requirements and benefits may evolve over time.

User Content & Copyright Ownership

Users retain ownership of the music, images, or other content they upload ("User Content"). By uploading or sharing content through Simply, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, and display that content for purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

  • You must own or have rights to any content you upload.
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted material is prohibited.
  • We may remove infringing material or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyrights.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials provided by Simply, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, and features (collectively, "Simply Content"), are owned by or licensed to Simply and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or use of Simply Content without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.

If you believe your copyrighted work is being misused, you may file a takedown notice including:

User Conduct

Free and Paid Services

Simply currently offers a free tier with daily upload limits. Paid tiers may be introduced in the future with additional features. All payment terms will be provided prior to any purchase.

Advertisements

Simply may show ads unless you subscribe to an ad-free plan (if available).

Limitation of Liability

Simply is provided “as is.” We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, unauthorized account access, or indirect damages.

Modifications to Service & Terms

We may modify features or Terms at any time. Continued use confirms acceptance.
