How do I upload my music?

Click the 'Upload' button, select your audio files, and submit them to a playlist. Only mp3 files are supported.

Is there a limit to how many songs I can upload?

Yes, you can currently upload up to 10 mp3 files per day. Paid plans may increase this limit.

What are User Tiers?

User tiers reflect your creator activity on Simply—Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Elite. Higher tiers unlock additional profile features and tools.

How do I increase my tier?

Upload music consistently, gain followers, receive likes, build playlists, and increase play counts. Each tier has specific progression requirements.

Do tiers affect monetization?

No, tiers do not grant payment or revenue. They only unlock features, visibility boosts, and profile enhancements.

Can I edit my uploaded tracks or playlists?

Yes. Click the ellipsis (⋯) on a track or playlist and select 'Edit'.

Can I delete tracks or playlists?

Yes. Deleted content cannot be recovered, so proceed carefully.

Why is my upload failing?

Your file may be too large, not an mp3, or you exceeded your daily limit. Try again with a valid file.

How do I share playlists?

Open a playlist and click 'Share' to copy a link or post directly to social media.
